Surabhi Fabs liquid nitrogen plant is manufactured with the most advanced cryogenic air separation technology which is considered the best option for high purity onsite production of nitrogen. Designed for efficiency and durability, the plant comes in various configurations and sizes ranging from 10liter/hr to 1000liter/hr. Our entire product line can be configured and customized to the requirement of the clients. It can generate liquid nitrogen with purity up to 99.9%, which is considered excellent for industrial and scientific applications. Fabrication is carried out with materials that are certified with ASME standards. We are one of the few industrial gas plant engineering companies that uses high grade stainless steel column, argon welding and components of reputed European companies.
We have one of the best manufacturing and testing facilities at factory in New Delhi (India). Our focus has always been on delivering high quality products. We have got a dedicated team of engineers and technicians with years of experience in designing, fabricating, installing and trouble-shooting. Our LIN producing units are optimized for delivering reliable and efficient performance. Strict quality control measures have put in place and our products have been certified by most of the reputed quality assurance companies. World-class components like air compressor from Atlas Copco, an acclaimed Swedish company and molecular sieves from ZEOCHEM, a well-respected Swiss company. Most of the components used in the manufacturing are sourced from the well-known OEMS based in Europe. Our LIN plants are fully automated with PLC system of Siemens.
Nitrogen is produced through liquefaction and separation of atmospheric air in the air separation units. Cryogenic process starts with taking air from the atmosphere and compressing it in the air compressor. After having been compressed, the air is passed through a purification unit where impurities like water vapor, hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide are removed. Afterwards, the air is directed into heat exchangers where it is cooled to very low temperature. Then, the liquefied gas goes into a high pressure distillation column where nitrogen is separated from oxygen and other gases. Nitrogen is formed at the top of the column and oxygen at the bottom. Nitrogen is collected and gets passed into a low pressure distillation column where it is distilled to achieve desired purity. The plant also comes with a liquid pump, vaporizers and pressure & temperature control monitoring systems.
Nitrogen is the largest industrially consumed gas across wide range of industries. Some of the industries requiring onsite oxygen production are given below:
