We manufacture and supply nitrogen plants in sizes ranging from 10m3/hr to 1000m3/hr. Being manufactured with the latest cryogenic distillation technology, the plants are able to produce nitrogen with purity up to 99.9% considered adequate for medical, industrial and scientific applications. Functioning is fully automated with all the processes of the machinery being integrated with PLC system of Siemens including purification unit, expanders, temperature, and pressure and purity control. Cryogenic distillation process is used in air separation units for separation of atmospheric air through liquefaction. The process starts with letting in atmospheric air in the air separation unit and terminates with passing out of nitrogen from the outlet. After the atmospheric air is let into the air separation unit, it is filtered and compressed in the air compressor. Compressed air is moved into purification molecular sieves for removal of impurities such as hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and moisture. After the purification, the air is passed through heat exchangers where it is cooled to extremely low temperatures. After liquefaction, the air moves into a high pressure distillation column where nitrogen is separated from oxygen and other trace gases. Nitrogen is collected and is moved into a low pressure distillation column where it is distilled to meet commercial specifications. It is now stored in the liquid nitrogen storage tank for transportation or storing. The plant is also equipped with a liquid pump for vaporizing liquid nitrogen into nitrogen gas for cylinder filling. A typical onsite nitrogen system comprises of a liquid tank, liquid pump, vaporizers, temperature and pressure monitoring systems.
