Surabhi Fabs manufactures and supplies liquid oxygen plant in compliance with world-class standards. We offer an entire range with sizes starting from 10m3/hr to 1000m3/hr. The plants are made with the modern cryogenic technology for onsite production of oxygen with high purity. High quality materials are used in manufacturing to ensure seamless and perfect performance. The company has well-equipped R & D center where our plant designing and performance is continuously performed. Being fabricated cryogenic grade materials, hospital O2 gas plants will be able to withstand extreme pressures and temperatures. Materials used are ASME-certified enabling the plant machinery to last for over 25years. Located in Delhi NCR (India), we have one of the most modern facilities for manufacturing and testing. We have added our own in-house additions to the cryogenic distillation process to improve performance of our products.
Fabrication is done using the best modern techniques and efficiency is tested at our quality center. We have put in place stringent quality control measure ensuring total compliance internationally approved standards. liquid gas plants have the capacity to produce oxygen with purity up to 99.7%, which is said to be excellent for all types of liquid applications. Functioning of the plant machinery is completely automated requiring minimum manual input. Working of critical components including molecular sieves, expanders and various others is integrated with high quality PLC system allowing a single operator to control it. It saves labor-cost besides adding to the overall productivity. Apart from quality designing and technology, the plants are also known for delivering faster ROI (return on investment). Our customers are reported to have recovered their investment within 18 months, which decidedly amazing.
In the cryogenic distillation process, atmospheric air is taken inside the air separation unit (ASU) where it undergoes filtration and compression in the air compressor. Then, the compressed air moves into a purification system where impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and moisture are removed. After cleaned off impurities, the air moves through heat exchangers where it is cooled to extremely low temperature. In the next step, the air moves into a high pressure distillation column where separation of air takes place. Oxygen is formed in liquid form at the bottom of the distillation column whereas nitrogen formed at the top of the column. Liquid oxygen is collected and is moved into a low pressure column for distillation to achieve desired purity.
There numerous applications of the O2 plant in various industries that need continuous onsite supply of oxygen. Some of the industries are given below:
