Fabricated with high quality materials & advanced technology, our oxygen plant is guaranteed to produce oxygen with purity up to 99.7%. The plants have a life-cycle of over 25 years during which it will perform uninterruptedly requiring minimum maintenance and low operational costs. It is superbly designed integrating the complete working of the plant including purification unit, expander and cold box with PLC system of Siemens automating most of the processes with minimum manual inputs. We use Siemens programmable logic control (PLC) system with amazing features and advanced technology delivering seamless performance. However, functions like starting up, shutting down and draining will be carried out manually. It is recommended that the O2 plant is continuously operated for 24 months before it is shut down for planned defrosting for 12 hours.
Cryogenic distillation process produces oxygen through separation of atmospheric air by liquefaction. The process starts with taking the atmospheric air in air separation unit where it is filtered and compressed. Afterwards, the air is passed though a cleanup system made of molecular sieves for removal of impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and water moisture. The purified air is then moved through heat exchangers where it is cooled to extremely low temperatures. Next, the liquefied gas is passed through a high pressure distillation column for separation of oxygen from nitrogen and other trace gases. Oxygen is collected and moved into a low pressure distillation column where it is distilled for achieving industrial purity specifications. It is now moved out to the outlet into liquid oxygen storage tank for transportation or storage. It is compressed into a liquid pump for vaporization to produce oxygen gas for cylinder filling or is fed into a piping system. Our oxygen plant is equipped with a cryogenic storage tank, liquid pump and vaporizers with temperature and control systems.
